PROYECTO REFORMA INTEGRAL DE VIVIENDA UNIFAMILIAR

Arquitectura mediterranea 

Reforma integral y ampliación de vivienda unifamiliar situada de manera privilegiado de Cumbre del Sol, Benitachell.

Desde el inicio, el planteamiento del proyecto junto al cliente fue claro: recuperar la esencia mediterránea y la arquitectura más característica de la Costa Blanca, incorporando lineas contemporáneas propias de la arquitectura actual.

Las geometrías curvas, los revestimientos de cal y el uso de materiales naturales se convierten en el eje vertebrador de la propuesta. El paisajismo adquiere un papel fundamental, potenciando la sensación de inmersión en la naturaleza y trabajando desde el máximo respeto por el paisaje autóctono.

Con las vistas panorámicas al mediterráneo como punto de partida, la vivienda se reestructura mediante una estrategia clara y directa: orientar las estancias principales hacia el paisaje.

Así, manteniendo parte de la geometría original del inmueble, el proyecto transforma por completo la distribución interior. Los espacios, anteriormente fragmentados, se abren y se conectan entre sí, adaptándose a las necesidades actuales de los propietarios y reforzando su relación fluida con el exterior.

INTEGRAL REFORM PROJECT OF A SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSE

Comprehensive renovation and extension of a detached house in a privileged location in Cumbre del Sol, Benitachell.

From the outset, the approach to the project together with the client was clear: to recover the Mediterranean essence and the most characteristic architecture of the Costa Blanca, incorporating contemporary lines typical of today's architecture.

Curved geometries, lime renderings and the use of natural materials became the backbone of the proposal. Landscaping took on a fundamental role, enhancing the feeling of immersion in nature and working with the utmost respect for the native landscape.

With panoramic views of the Mediterranean as a starting point, the house was restructured using a clear and direct strategy: to orient the main rooms towards the landscape.

Thus, while maintaining part of the original geometry of the property, the project completely transforms the interior layout. The previously fragmented spaces are opened up and connected to each other, adapting to the current needs of the owners and reinforcing their fluid relationship with the outside.
