PROYECTO RESTAURANTE ITALIANO
Proyecto de recorversión de un restaurante asiático en un restaurante de cocina italiana inspirado en la Toscana, sin perder la esencia mediterránea de su ubicación.
La Toscana es una de las regiones más hermosas y emblemáticas de Italia, reconocida por sus colinas ondulantes, viñedos interminables y encantadores pueblos medievales de piedra. Este proyecto busca capturar su esencia, fusionando tradición y calidez en un nuevo espacio gastronómico.
La materialidad gira en torno a elementos naturales como la piedra, los morteros tradicionales, la madera y detalles arquitectónicos artesanales. La paleta cromática, dominada por tonos verdes, aporta un carácter mediterráneo, evocando la riqueza natural de la región y reforzando la conexión con el entorno. Se combinará con tonos tierra y ocres suaves, evocando la calidez del paisaje italiano y generando un ambiente acogedor y auténtico.

Project to convert an Asian restaurant into an Italian cuisine restaurant inspired by Tuscany, without losing the Mediterranean essence of its location.
Tuscany is one of Italy's most beautiful and iconic regions, renowned for its rolling hills, endless vineyards and charming medieval stone villages. This project seeks to capture its essence, fusing tradition and warmth in a new gastronomic space.
The materiality revolves around natural elements such as stone, traditional mortars, wood and handcrafted architectural details. The chromatic palette, dominated by green tones, brings a Mediterranean character, evoking the natural richness of the region and reinforcing the connection with the environment. It will be combined with earth tones and soft ochres, evoking the warmth of the Italian landscape and generating a welcoming and authentic atmosphere.
