PROYECTO CAMBIO DE USO DE LOCAL COMERCIAL A DOS APARTAMENTOS TURÍSTICOS

Local ubicado en el Barrio de Campanar, cerca del cauce del río turia. Se proyectan dos apartamentos turísticos tipo estudio para aprovechar el maximo rendimiento del local sin dejar de lado la comodidad y utilidad del espacio. 

La idea ha sido desarrollar un espacio cálido y atractivo para los turísticas, generando una envolvente neutra, utilizando materiales nobles y pinceladas de color mediante acabados, elementos decorativos y mobiliario. La gama cromática de azules pretende crear un ambiente informal para los huéspedes. Cabe destacar el diseño interior del baño, es el espacio que mejor representa lo que se queria conseguir en los apartamentos. 

PROJECT CHANGE OF USE OF COMMERCIAL PREMISES TO TWO TOURIST APARTMENTS.

Premises located in the neighborhood of Campanar, near the Turia riverbed. Two tourist studio apartments are projected to take advantage of the maximum performance of the premises without neglecting the comfort and utility of the space. 

The idea has been to develop a warm and attractive space for tourists, generating a neutral envelope, using noble materials and touches of color through finishes, decorative elements and furniture. The chromatic range of blues is intended to create an informal atmosphere for guests. It is worth mentioning the interior design of the bathroom, the space that best represents what we wanted to achieve in the apartments.
